Coulby Manor has a large function room which can accommodate up to 120 guests (90 seated).
In addition we have a private meeting room.
We are less than 5 minutes drive from Middlesbrough Crematorium, and can offer our facilities for after funeral functions in a relaxed and quiet private setting, with ample car parking.
Our lounge and gardens are also perfect for your summer party or special event, such as christenings and birthdays.
We offer a good choice of buffets, bbq’s, etc for your event including hot food, at value for money prices.

Lounge and Function Room
Our lounge , with integrated bar is available for Private Functions, such as wedding receptions, private funtions. It can be used in association with our syndicate rooms for seminars and business meetings.
Garden
When booking the lounge for a private function, the members garden is not included, but you do have access to use the garden and permission to install your bouncy castle etc, the lounge has a capacity of 90 people seated.
